 Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality financial and investment services. However, due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

a. Consultation Services

Payments for one-on-one financial consultations or strategy sessions are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Appointment cancellation by our staff

  • Technical or system issues on our end that prevent service delivery

  • Cancelations requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session

In eligible cases, a full or partial refund or rescheduling option will be offered at our discretion.

b. Subscription Services

Monthly or annual subscriptions to our financial tools, premium content, or digital services are refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided:

  • No reports or premium features have been accessed/downloaded

  • A written refund request is submitted to [insert support email]

No refunds are issued for renewals or partial subscription periods once access has been used.

c. Digital Products and Reports

Due to the digital nature of our investment reports, financial plans, or downloadable tools, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

d. Portfolio Management or Investment Services

Refunds are not available once portfolio management services have been initiated, or trades/allocations have been executed on your behalf. Any ongoing management fees already charged will not be refunded.

However, clients may request cancellation of future services with 15 days written notice. Future payments may be halted upon confirmation of service termination.

e. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
